How do I redeem it for the gift?
The procedure is very simple;
Step 1: Log-on to www.mychoiceofgift.com
Step 2: Enter the unique PIN code (which is printed on Gift Card)
Step 3: Select any one of the gift displayed from the catalogue
Step 4: Enter delivery details and within 15 working days gift will be delivered to your door step.

What is the validity of the card?
The validity to claim the gift is printed on overleaf of your Gift Card.

Can I transfer or re-gift the card?
No, the Gift card is non-transferable. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash & is non-saleable.

What if my Gift Card is lost?
The gift card cannot be re-issued under any circumstances. In rear case when the card is mutilated original gift card has to send to RewardPort – B, 901, Fairlink Centre, Monginis Lane, Off New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400053. RewardPort’s decision will be final in this case.

What if I want to change the gift once I have chosen the Gift?
The gift card holder is not allowed to change the gift once selected.

What if I do not receive the gift after 15 days?

I have revived the gift in a broken condition .What should I do?
The company is not responsible for any breakage, loss or damage. The gift card holder has to take up the same directly with respective courier company.

What is the guarantee on the Gift?
The warranty and guarantee of the gift varies from gift to gifts. The recipient has to take up the same with respective manufacturer or dealer specified with gift.

My card does not work. What should I do?
There may many reasons for it. To avoid such instances please follow few steps:
Reenter PIN No. carefully most gift card holder makes mistake here.
1. Check the validity of the card.
2. Check the Internet connection.
3. May be you are trying to register again
In case, if still you are unable to register the card or use the card, send email to mychoiceofgift@rewardport.in with your Card details.
